Talent Sourcing Specialist

You will be responsible for the first stage of the recruiting process, including using various channels to proactively search for qualified, distinctive, diverse talent, contacting passive candidates and building talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. In support of specific requests for talent, the incumbent will gather, analyze and disseminate relevant industry intelligence to drive strategy on sourcing techniques. Responsibilities Do you see yourself doing this? Establish collaborative relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, candidates, pipeline talent and Human Capital team. Coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers to determine position requirements and align on strategy for building a pipeline. Provide comprehensive talent sourcing strategies for assigned searches utilizing a variety of sourcing channel and tools including, job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, social media and other professional networks. Build and engage talent pipelines through research, referrals and lead generation. Craft and send recruiting emails and place cold calls to garner interest in open roles, conduct resume review and preliminary screenings. Develop and maintain candidate and market information to build market intelligence and insights. Share sourcing results with recruiters and provide a smooth transition with the assigned recruiter of qualified, pre-screened candidates. Develop and actively seek ways to advance and improve the team's sourcing approach to ensure usage of relevant and effective tools to find superior talent. Collect, analyze and report on sourcing statistics. Participation in team projects, as assigned. Adhere to and ensure compliance of all business transactions with policy and process of the Bank Secrecy Act. Ensures compliance with all applicable state and federal laws, company procedures and policies. Maintains integrity and ethics in all actions and conversations with or regarding credit union members and their accounts; complies with Privacy Act directives. Where permitted by applicable law, successful applicants to this position must either have received or be willing to receive the COVID-19 vaccination by date of hire to be considered (proof of vaccination is required), or be willing to submit a negative COVID-19 test result in advance of each visit to an Alliant facility. Qualifications What makes you a great fit? You'll be a great fit if in addition to the completion of a Bachelor's degree Human Resources field perferred, and you have:

years of successful sourcing experience 2
years of technical recruiting/sourcing experience Previous experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), iCims Preferred Previous experience with LinkedIn Recruiter Excellent communication skills with a focus on candidate and hiring manager experience Ability to network and research recruiting tools and industry data Demonstrated ability to act independently upon information and make decisions to achieve optimal results Skilled in Microsoft Office
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
HR Recruitment & PlacementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
