3 Quick Apply Full-time 4 hours ago Full Job Description Due to the influx of new business, we are looking to hire an experienced Security Integrator who is looking to assist and grow with the company.
This position will primarily work on commercial projects, but may include some residential projects Job Duties:
Install and program a variety of camera, alarm, security and access control systems Program managed switches and port cameras Set up IP schemes Assign and program IP's Add expanders to panels Program system health monitoring Program system notifications that signify failure, trouble, low battery, etc.
Add and program edge devices (motion detectors, glass break, panic buttons, request to exit etc.
) Forward access control alerts to central stations or police departments.
Establish and program redundant reporting systems Wire security infrastructure Trouble shoot and solve security systems issues Service existing camera, alarm and access control systems.
Cross-sell and up-sell products Ability to occasionally travel, work long hours and/or be on call for after hours service.
Able to integrate in both commercial and residential facilities.
Able to prepare daily reports documenting daily activity.
Qualifications:
Experience with system integration College degree in computer sciences or similar industry certificate from an accredited technical institution (Preferred) Ability to effective utilize all Microsoft products Experience with Digital Watchdog, Hanwha and Uniview cameras / ICT, DMP and ProdataKey access control system and ICT and Honeywell burglar systems.
Ability to design a security system (camera, alarm and access control) utilizing system surveyor or other similar design program.
Ability to prepare proposals and RFPs Project management experience.
Experience conducting site surveys for prospective clients.
