The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills.
This role requires the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to scheduling appointments, managing emails, filing documents, and providing general administrative support.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment.
Answer phones, respond to emails, and provide customer service.
Schedule appointments and meetings.
Organize and maintain filing systems.
Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents as needed.
Assist with data entry and other administrative tasks as needed.
