The target is to ensure a high sales conversion rate, excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Reply to customer inquiries via phone, website, social media and other 3rd party platforms timely.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication Educate and provide information to the customers on Relocation/Moving services Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction Document and update customer records based on interactions in a CRM or customer files.
Take the extra step to engage customers, proactively follow up for conversions.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite Positive & professional demeanor Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work well in teams Alliance Moving & Storage offers full service residential and commercial relocation services for both local and long distance.
