The Role- What you'll do as a Private Client Marketing Specialist:
Work primarily with sales team.
Responsible for any upfront research, entering prospect information in the carrier systems, as well as in Epic, to track and save the quotes/proposals and document.
Collaborate with insurance carrier underwriters for approval on accounts quoted.
Stay abreast of carrier underwriting guidelines, carrier appetites and geographical restrictions.
Responsible for completing new business excel workbook following agency procedures with approved quotes and forward to sales team for review.
Provide any additional options or changes to quotes as requested by sales team.
Assist with proposal creation After coverage has been sold by sales team, responsible for pulling appropriate applications from the carrier systems and issuance of policies in carrier websites.
Work with MGAs to obtain non-admitted policy terms, rates, and coverage on behalf of clients Collaborate with other Marketing Specialists
Qualifications:
At least 2 years Personal insurance experience, working knowledge of premier carriers including their quoting websites is strongly preferred Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team Proficient in using Epic software, Microsoft Office and other relevant tools to manage client relationships Property casualty license required or ability to obtain within 6 months Flexible work from home options available.
