On in-office days, will do white boarding and mapping out requirements.
The resource would need to have experience in the insurance space and understand the frontend (i.

collect, review, submit, bind, etc.

We need a BA resource to conduct discovery work to understand the business process and help flesh-out the requirements for a portal(s).
The resource would need to have experience in the insurance space and understand the frontend (i.
e.
, new business) process (ex:
collect, review, submit, bind, etc.
).
The job description will include:
Objectives Provides analysis and business process expertise for development of frontend business portal.
Able to work with business partners and provide guidance related to frontend portal solutions.
Able to design integrations and identify data mapping required by downstream systems to objects.
Collaborate with internal and external team members to prioritize production and enhancements requests.
Accountabilities Transform business requirements into Functional Designs for customer and/or broker portal.
Provides direction and support to business partners and third-party service provider.
Acts as liaison and point of escalation between third party service provider and business partners.
Works with applicable software vendors and has a working understanding of vendor application roadmap and support escalation processes.
Works under general direction within a clear framework of accountability.
Exercises substantial personal responsibility and autonomy.
Plans own work to meet given objectives and processes.
Influences others in solution design and support of the business.
Provides analysis, design, and configuration/development of solutions according to our standards; gains working knowledge of customer's business function.
Proactively identifies and resolves challenges to deliver consistent quality services to the business.
Ensures that solutions are designed, developed, and maintained in support of the business.
Ensure documentation according to our standards, policies, and procedures.
Establishes relationships with vendors, contractors, and employees in support of projects and ongoing operations.
Understands and applies SDLC and ITIL standards to project work.
Analyzes and makes recommendations from vendor proposal responses and vendor evaluations.
Maintains up-to-date expertise in the solution area assigned and the business areas supported and continuously enhances own skills.
Documents design and facilitates approval process to align stakeholders.
