Prominent Commercial Collection Agency seeks experienced In-House Corporate Collection Attorney. Ideal candidate will be money motivated and able to aggressively utilize his/her experience and legal knowledge to contact debtors on the phone to motivate them to resolve matters in amicable fashion. Primary responsibilities will include working with US Companies for the collection of large balance accounts within our International Division. An understanding/familiarization of international trade laws a plus. Duties will include utilizing collection phone calls in settlement negotiations, agreements, and dispute resolution. This position does not entail litigation. Our prestigious agency of 18
years is seeking an attorney with three (3) or more years of collection experience who is eager and willing to resolve multiple accounts daily. Competitive salary, benefits, and bonus plan are available.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
