Sales person will play an important role in the overall performance of the sales organization. The primary responsibilities of the are to work with assigned focus accounts to maintain and grow customers, act as the primary contact for customer inquiries, provide world-class customer service, and provide general support to customers. Additionally, each Sales person will assist customers in selecting the correct product for their needs. Sales team members activities focus on fulfilling customer needs as it relates to ensuring that customers receive the right product for their application. Each Sales person is expected to perform respective duties in adherence to Niteks corporate processes, policies, and procedures.
Associates degree in a technical or business discipline or equivalent sales experience
Minimum 2 years of sales
Positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude
Strong computer skills - proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) software
Experience with ACT! Is a plus
Ability and willingness to learn new systems
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with others
Necessary characteristics - diligent follow through, service orientation, attentive to details

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
