o Provide excellent customer service to members/guests
o Welcome and greet members/guests upon arrival
o Answer phones, book appointments, sell memberships, gift cards and upgrades
o Follow proper filing procedures/file maintenance
o Promote health/wellness benefits of massage therapy
o Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance
