Editorial Engagement Marketing Manager


The Editorial & Engagement Marketing Manager is the chief growth hacker at Verizon Telematics, charged with growing the company's lead generation and brand influence through organic channels. In this role, you'll use your strategic insight and hands-on skills in content marketing, editorial strategy, blogging, email, social media, interactive content, webinar management, influencer outreach and more to create organic demand and drive quality, high-volume leads for the world's leading fleet telematics and mobile resource management SaaS platform.

We're looking for a proven content marketing leader who can create and manage world-class content and dynamic experiences that build relationships across all customer personas and industry segments-from the top to the bottom of the marketing and sales funnel-to drive the performance necessary to achieve aggressive growth expectations. The ideal candidate will call on the skills and insights of a journalist, producer, publicist, marketing and data analyst, and more to consistently grow online audience, engagement and conversions to hit monthly lead targets and fill the pipeline with high-quality leads that convert into lifelong customers.

Specific areas of responsibility include:

Managing the company's online content resource center and blog: including developing and maintaining an effective editorial calendar and creating, assigning and editing articles, blog posts and long-form content to increase web traffic, engagement and conversion.
Identifying and developing a team of industry thought leaders to contribute content and expertise in the markets we serve.
Growing the size and impact of the company's social media presence, particularly as a lead generation channel.
Creating weekly and monthly newsletters for prospects and customers that provide actionable tips and insights to help them run their businesses, communicate the value of the company's products, and, for customers, encourage up-sell opportunities and utilization tips to enhance customer retention.
Identify and manage content syndication and webinar opportunities to drive top-of-funnel leads.
Monitor and report on relevant metrics and KPIs.
Contribute to successful ideation, strategic planning, and collaboration within the Demand Gen Team and between the Demand Gen Team and other functional teams including Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Marketing Communications, Customer Marketing, and Field Marketing.



7+ years' progressive experience in content marketing and engagement, particularly as a high-volume content producer and manager, preferably in a business-to-business technology/SaaS domain.
Excellent English language writing and editing skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; experience using analytics to make decisions, set priorities and demonstrate performance.
4-year degree in journalism, marketing or related field.
Ability to provide work samples and concrete examples of projects that met or exceeded goals in contributing to growth.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
